Facility Rental

You can have your next event at the DiMattia Community Swimming Pool.

What days are still available to rent the pool? - You can  Click here to check our Calendar to see what days or locations  (breezeway or upper deck) are available to rent. 

How much does it cost to rent the pool? 

During regular pool hours - The member rental fee* is $75.00 for up to 20 guests plus a separate $50.00 Refundable Cleaning Deposit.**  or $100.00  for over 20 guests, plus a separate $75.00 Refundable Cleaning Deposit.** 

This attendance count includes both swimming and non-swimming guests. Guests have access to the entire facility and the fee includes life guards.  Rental includes choice of either the breezeway or upper deck for your exclusive use***. When you rent the pool you must be present.

After hours - The members rental fee* of $125 plus the cost of the lifeguards.  Parties must have at least one DDMRC Red Cross certified life guard;  large parties will require 2 life guards must be responsible for clean up of the entire area after the party. (a separate $75.00 Refundable Cleaning Deposit.**  is required)

To rent the pool for a party - Please click on this Rental Form Link at the bottom of this page and fill out the DDMC Swimming Pool Rental Form. It has the Rental Request form and Rental contact information. 

*Non- members - Are allowed to rent the pool if their rental is sponsored by a member and they pay a non-member surcharge of $25.00.

** We ask that all members who rent the pool to clean up their exclusive use area (breezeway or upper deck) and surrounding area before leaving. We do not cash the deposit check unless we are told by the manager on duty that the area was not clean up satisfactorily. If you are unsure of what that means just ask the manager on duty to check the area before you leave. This way you will be sure to get the deposit back. 

If this is an evening rental, please be sure to start cleaning your area before closing time. If the staff have to stay late to lock up due to a late cleanup, that cost would be deducted from your deposit. 

***Rental during regular hours share use of the pool and common areas with our other members.
